At Palladian we believe that creating a home is a collaberative effort involving all participants in the creation process, from inception, design, to execution and beyond.  Our in house design team is passionate about maintaining the form and space of a home relative to the specific site environment.  They form and shape a design that utilizes the natural space of the site and the environment to create a beautiful, unique home each time.

Palladian is a certificed Built Green builder and we use environmentally friendly materials whenever possible when we build.  All our homes are insured by Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada 2/5/10 New Home Warranty.  Palladian is a member of; Canadian Home Builders Association, Mid Island Construction Association, Canadian Construction Association, Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce and is an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau.
