Palladian’s specialized staff provides for the administration of the project; preparing and distributing Tender Documents through to the preparation, issuance and monitoring of Contract Documents. We implement and monitor the budget, providing a comprehensive detailed breakdown of all costs monthly and ensure that all aspects of the project are administered thoroughly right through to completion with the coordination of inspection services, commissioning and handover of the project.

Our on-site management team ensures that the job runs smoothly, on schedule and within budget. They implement proven time, cost and safety management procedures that ensure these goals are met while delivering the quality product Palladian is known for. Coordination with the applicable authorities regarding inspections and permits is done ahead of time to prevent unnecessary project delays.

Our proven process, including working with quantity surveyors, appraisers, and real estate professionals for market analysis, establishes a greater level of confidence and project control prior to construction. During the design phase, our management team will prepare a detailed Performa including a comprehensive budget and schedule, provide recommendations on phasing, construction methods, material selection, material procurement and comment on design details from a contractor’s perspective.
