Palladian Developments Inc was formed in 2000.  After continued growth, Phil Cook, P. Eng., joined the company in 2007.

Chris Cross has over 30 years experience in the civil contracting industry, from foreman to superintendant to the director of a large company. Starting from the ground up has provided Chris with the knowledge of every aspect of civil construction, from what goes into the ground, the machines and materials used, to estimating, construction, project management and budgeting for multi-million dollar projects. Chris is equally comfortable in an excavator or in the boardroom.

Phil Cook joined the team in 2007 bringing a wealth of experience to the company. A registered professional engineer with a background in consulting, estimating and project management, Phil provides the technical capacity and experience required to undertake large complex projects.
